Dr. Gunnar Janson appointed Chief Legal Officer of Vantage Towers AG Düsseldorf, 2 February 2026 - Vantage Towers AG ("Vantage Towers") has appointed Dr. Gunnar Janson as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of Vantage Towers. Dr. Janson will take up his position on 1 February 2026. In this role, he will manage all legal matters in support of Vantage Towers' sustainable growth . He will also be responsible for the further development, implementation, and management of compliance and risk management.Nicolas Mahler, Interim CEO und CFO of Vantage Towers, commented: "We are delighted to have gained Dr. Gunnar Janson, a proven legal expert, for Vantage Towers. Dr. Gunnar Janson brings more than 28 years of legal experience in leading law firms and companies in Germany. Most recently, he served as Legal Director at ISS Germany. Prior to that, he was General Counsel at Innogy SE, where he was responsible for key legal initiatives and supported various transformation and growth processes. At the beginning of his career, Dr. Gunnar Janson worked at several renowned international law firms, including Hengeler Mueller and Davis Polk. He also held various senior in-house legal positions, including at RWE AG. Dr. Gunnar Janson completed a double degree in law and economics and earned his doctorate with a dissertation on economic theory in law.
