Universal New Energy Holding Group, Inc.’s Shenzhen Project Subsidiary Officially Begins Generating Sales, Focusing on Battery Applications in Energy Storage, Shared E-Bikes and 3C Electronics
The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Haichuang Global, is based in Shenzhen’s Longhua District. It achieved sales less than three months after registration.
Universal New Energy Holding Group, Inc. (OTC: UNEH) (the “Company”) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary in Shenzhen, China, has begun generating revenue. The subsidiary, Haichuang Global (Shenzhen) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (海创环球(深圳)新能源科技有限公司, “Haichuang Global”), was registered in Shenzhen’s Longhua District on April 9, 2026. It is positioned as an important platform for expanding the Company’s business in South China. It works mainly on battery systems for energy storage, battery sharing and 3C (computer, communication and consumer electronics) products. This covers research, development and design, as well as sales and related services.
Haichuang Global made its first sales less than three months after registration. Its first products were lithium-ion cells. It also plans to buy 100 smart battery-swap cabinets, with the final number depending on market demand. The cabinets store and charge batteries, so users can swap a depleted battery for a charged one. This will extend Haichuang Global’s business from battery pack sales into shared battery-swapping services.
Haichuang Global is the Company’s first subsidiary in Guangdong Province. Shenzhen and the wider province form a major center of China’s battery and electronics industries. This places the subsidiary close to a large base of potential customers. Drawing on several existing customers, Haichuang Global was able to start trading quickly. The Company believes that building on existing customer relationships lowers the risk of starting a new sales business.
The Company stated that the rapid development of the Haichuang Global project will help increase its revenue. It said this will also strengthen its strategic position in domestic and international markets. Going forward, Haichuang Global will continue to expand its business in battery applications for energy storage, shared e-bikes and 3C electronics. It will seize growth opportunities in its regional market.
