TRANSCORP HOTELS PLC - NOTICE OF CLOSED PERIOD
This is to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), shareholders of Transcorp Hotels Plc ("the Company") and the investing public that in accordance with the provisions of s17.18(a) Closed Period Rules, Rulebook of The Exchange, 2015 (as amended), the closed period for trading in the shares of the Company will commence on January 1, 2026, in respect of the FY2025 Audited Financial Statements (2025 AFS).
Consequently, no insider and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2025 AFS through the Issuers' Portal of NGX and by extension, the general public.
