The Board of Transcorp Hotels Plc ("the Company") on Friday, October 17, 2025, passed the below resolution among others:
"That the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended September 30, 2025, be and is hereby approved".
The Closed Period for trading on the shares of the Company by Insiders, which commenced on October 1, 2025, will remain in force until 24 hours after the filing of the Unaudited Financial Statements.
