Period Ended | December 31, 2025 |
Proposed Dividend | A Final Dividend of N1.20 kobo per ordinary share, subject to shareholders' approval and appropriate withholding tax deduction, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, February 13, 2026. This, when combined with the Interim Dividend of 10 kobo per share paid on August 15, 2025, will bring the Total Dividend for the 2025 financial year to N1.30 kobo per ordinary share. |
Closure of Register | The Register of Shareholders will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, to Friday, February 20, 2026 (both days inclusive). |
Qualification Date | Friday, February 13, 2026. |
Payment Date | On Friday February 27, 2026, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of Friday, February 13, 2026, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts. |
E-Dividend Registration | Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, (www.africaprudential.com/unclaimed-dividend.com) which is also available on the website of the Registrars: www.africaprudential.com complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks |
Unclaimed Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates | Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar. |
