This is to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or The Exchange), shareholders of Transcorp Hotels Plc (the "Company") and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Thursday, January 29, 2026, to consider as follows:
the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the "2025 Financials")
a proposal for payment of dividend
In compliance with the Closed Period Rules of The Exchange, the Company had announced a Closed Period commencing on 1st January 2026, in respect of transactions on its securities, which continues to subsist and shall remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, to NGX and the general public.
Accordingly, all insiders are prohibited from dealing in the Company's securities during the Closed Period.
