NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors' meeting of Trans-Nationwide Express PLC, (The Company) is scheduled to hold on Tuesday, 18th March, 2025.
The meeting is principally to consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2024, (2024 AFS).
Pursuant to the Closed Period rule of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the Company had commenced its closed period on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results.
In view of the above, no insider of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 December 2024 through The Exchange's Issuers' Portal.
