OUTCOME OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
This is to inform Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that at the Board of Directors' meeting of Trans-Nationwide Express PLC (the Company) held on Monday, 23rd March, 2026, the Board approved the following:
Directors' Report and Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31st December, 2025 (2025 AFS).
Pursuant to the Closed Period rule of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the Company had commenced its closed period on Thursday, January 1, 2026 and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results.
That the date of the Annual General Meeting be fixed for Wednesday, 3rd June, 2026, at
11.00 a.m. and the venue of the Annual General Meeting will be communicated in due course.
The Company shall upload the approved 2025 AFS on or before March 30, 2026.
