Rome, April 10, 2026 - sostravel.com S.p.A. (Euronext Growth Milan, ticker: SOS), a travel tech operator offering digital services for bookings, itineraries and proprietary services that simplify the travel experience through the Sostravel and Flio apps and the platforms www.sostravel.com and www.amare.travel ("Sostravel" or the "Company"), announces that today it has notified the competent offices of Consob of the update of the KID (Key Information Document) relating to the "Sostravel.com Warrants 2021-2026", as required by current regulations.

The KID is a concise and standardized informational document prepared with the aim of presenting the characteristics of the product in a manner that is easily accessible and understandable for investors - pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 1286/2014 and its implementing provisions - intended to ensure comparability among different products and to increase the transparency of information regarding such instruments.

The Company reserves the right to supplement and/or amend the published KID also based on any guidelines that may subsequently be issued by the competent supervisory authorities.
