(Euronext Growth Milan, ticker: SOS), a travel tech operator offering digital services for bookings, itineraries, and proprietary services that simplify the travel experience through the Sostravel and Flio apps and the platforms www.sostravel.com and www.amare.travel ("Sostravel" or the "Company"), announces that the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company, convened at the Company's registered office in Viale Europa No. 98, Rome, 00144, for April 29, 2026 at 4:30 PM, on first call, and, if necessary, for April 30, 2026, on second call, at the same place and time, has been published on the Company's website at www.sostravel.com in the section "Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meetings ", on the authorized storage mechanism (SDIR) "1Info" available at www.1info.it and, in extract, in "Il Giornale".

Furthermore, it is announced that the following documents are available to the public at the Company's registered office, in Viale Europa No. 98, Rome, 00144, and on the Company's website https://www.sostravel.com:

1. the proxy form for granting voting delegations;

2. the explanatory report of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting;

3. the annual financial report for the financial year 2025, which includes, among other things, the draft financial statements as of December 31, 2025, accompanied by the reports of the Directors, the Audit Firm, and the Board of Statutory Auditors.
