Sostravel com S p A : Filing of the list of candidates for the appointment of the board of Statutory Auditors

Rome, April 24, 2026 - sostravel.com S.p.A. (Euronext Growth Milan, ticker: SOS), a travel tech operator offering digital services for bookings, itineraries and proprietary services that simplify the travel experience through the Sostravel and Flio apps and the platforms www.sostravel.com and www.amare.travel ("Sostravel" or the "Company"), announces that today the lists submitted to the Company for the appointment of the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website in the section "Corporate Governance / Shareholders' Meetings / Shareholders' Meeting April 29, 2026" and on the website www.borsaitaliana.it. These lists will be submitted for resolution by the Shareholders' Meeting convened for April 29, 2026, on first call and, if necessary, on April 30, 2026, on second call, together with the candidates' curricula vitae and the declarations and certifications required by applicable laws and the Company's bylaws.

The number of lists submitted to the Company is 1 and:

List no. 1 submitted by Carmine Colella, holding 20.18% of the share capital of Sostravel. The list of candidates for the position of member of the Board of Statutory Auditors is composed as follows:

1. Enrico Orvieto - Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors

2. Paolo Natalini - Standing Auditor

3. Marco Ambrosini - Standing Auditor

4. Fabrizio Brugnoli - Alternate Auditor

5. Costanza Martucci - Alternate Auditor

It is also noted that, as of today, no other lists have been submitted for the appointment of the Company's Board of Statutory Auditors.
