Sostravel com S p A : The Board of Directors grants powers for the establishment of the hotel management company ‘Amare Gestioni

Rome, 19 January 2026 - sostravel.com S.p.A. (Euronext Growth Milan, ticker: SOS), a travel tech operator offering digital services for bookings, itineraries, and proprietary services that simplify the travel experience through the Sostravel and Flio apps and the www.sostravel.com and www.amare.travel ("Sostravel" or the "Company"), announces that, today, the Board of Directors, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, has approved the following 2026 financial calendar for the Company:

• 27 March 2026: Board of Directors meeting to approve the draft financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025.
• 29 April 2026: Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting in first call to approve the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025.
• 30 April 2026: Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting in second call to approve the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025.
• 2 July 2026: Board of Directors meeting to communicate the Gross Booking Value (GBV) as at 30 June 2026.
• 29 September 2026: Board of Directors meeting to approve the half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2026, voluntarily subject to limited audit by the Independent Auditors.

Any changes to the above dates will be promptly communicated to the market.
