18 May 2023 AIM: MPAC Mpac Group plc (''Mpac'', "the Company" or "the Group") Result of Annual General Meeting Mpac Group plc confirms that all the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on Wednesday 17 May 2023 were duly passed. All resolutions were decided on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 11 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 12 to 15 were passed as special resolutions. The voting results are given below.
