Mpac Group plc ("Mpac" or the "Company") Director/PDMR Dealing & Total Voting Rights This is a correction of the announcement published on 12 th October 2022 (RNS Number: 7023C). The Total Voting Rights of the Company is 20,474,424 and not 20,473,884 as previously announced. The number of shares allotted to Michael Brown was 82,608. The full corrected announcement is as per below. All other information was correct: Mpac, a global leader in high-speed packaging and automation solutions announces that it has issued 82,608 new ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of options, at nil cost, by Michael Brown, Managing Director - Americas, under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP Shares"). Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 82,608 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 17 October 2022. The LTIP Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Total Voting Rights Following Admission, the Company will have 20,474,424 Ordinary Shares in issue, with voting rights attached. Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 20,474,424 and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
