6 April 2023 AIM: MPAC Mpac Group plc Availability of 2022 Annual Report and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting Mpac Group plc ("the Company"), a global leader in high-speed packaging and automation solutions, today announces that the Company's 2022 Annual Report, which includes the Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), is available for viewing on the Company's website at www.mpac-group.com and has been posted to those shareholders that elected to receive a hard copy. The Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Hudson Sandler LLP, 25 Charterhouse Square, Barbican, London, EC1M 6AE at 12 noon on Wednesday 17 May 2023. The Board always welcomes questions from shareholders and we request that shareholders submit their questions to the Board before the AGM. Shareholders can submit questions up until 5pm on 15 May 2023 by emailing them to [email protected]. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
