PORTO SEGURO SA (" Porto " or " Company ") (B3: PSSA3) hereby informs its shareholders that, in continuation of the Notice to Shareholders disclosed to the market on March 31, 2026, it will pay the interest on capital declared on March 25, 2025, June 23, 2025, September 22, 2025 and December 19, 2025 and ratified at the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of March 31, 2026, corresponding to 66.44% of the total amount of approved dividends, on April 10, 2026.
The total amount of remuneration to shareholders remains unchanged, as do the other information and dates contained in the Notice to Shareholders dated March 31, 2026.
