MATERIAL FACT PORTO SEGURO S.A. ("Porto" or the "Company") (B3: PSSA3), in compliance with the provisions of article 157, § 4º of Law nº 6.404/76 and CVM Resolution nº 44/21, communicates to its shareholders and the market in general the performance projections related to Porto Seguro S.A. and its business units (Porto Seguro, Porto Saúde, Porto Bank and Porto Serviço) updated for the fiscal year 2026.

The Company clarifies that the projections disclosed reflect Management's expectations regarding its business and, therefore, do not constitute a promise of performance or results. The achievement of these expectations depends on several factors, many of which are beyond the Company's control, and actual results may differ from the projections presented.

The Company's Reference Form will be updated to reflect the revised projections disclosed, in

accordance with applicable regulations.
