(Porto or the Company) (B3: PSSA3) hereby informs its shareholders that, in continuation of the Notice to Shareholders released to the market on March 25, 2026, there has been a change in the number of treasury shares due to the Company's share buyback program. Therefore, the gross value of interest on equity ("JCP") is now R$ 0.54231784082 for each of the Company's shares, corresponding to a net value of R$ 0.044785332515 per share, except for shareholders who are demonstrably exempt or immune. The total amount of remuneration to shareholders remains unchanged, as do the other information and dates present in the Notice to Shareholders of March 25, 2026.
