("Oncoclínicas" and "Potential Transaction" respectively), that it has notified Oncoclínicas, as of yesterday, that the Company has decided to terminate the negotiations aimed at implementing the Potential Transaction. As a result, Oncoclínicas is released from the exclusivity provisions set forth in the term sheet executed on March 13, 2026. The Company reaffirms its commitment to keeping its shareholders and the market duly informed and, if applicable, will provide further updates in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
