PORTO SEGURO S.A. ("Porto" or "Company") (B3: PSSA3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general of the following changes to its Executive Committee:

Insurance Vertical: Patricia Chacon will be appointed CEO of the Porto Seguro vertical, succeeding Rivaldo Leite effective January 1, 2026.
Rivaldo Leite will continue his affiliation with Porto as a Strategic Consultant, dedicating himself to new fronts, including responsibility for the Uruguay operation and serving as a member of the Insurer's Board. The Company expresses its sincere gratitude to Rivaldo for his dedicated performance, commitment, and significant contributions over more than 40 years at Porto.
Patricia Chacon has worked in executive positions in the insurance market for over ten years. In December 2023, she joined Porto as Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing the Company's Auto, Property, and Life portfolios.
- Technology, Data, and Customer Service: Marcos Sirelli will assume the Vice-Presidency of Technology, Data, and Customer Service. Sirelli has over 10 years of experience at Porto, having served as Technology Director for the past 8 years. In his new role, he will consolidate responsibility for the Company's Data, Channels, and Customer Service operations.
- Governance and Risks: Emilio Bentancourt will take on the responsibility for Porto's Risk Department, now consolidating Governance and Risks under his purview. Emilio has been with the Company for over 11 years, having worked in the areas of Risks, Internal Controls, Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and Corporate Governance.
