MITSUI-SOKO HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President, Executive Officer, and Group CEO: Hirobumi Koga; hereinafter "we") is pleased to announce our decision to invest in Collabo CREATE CO., LTD. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidetsugu Soejima;

hereinafter "Collabo CREATE"). Collabo CREATE will be established on April 1, 2026, by SUZUKEN CO., LTD. (Head Office: Nagoya City, Aichi; President and CEO: Shigeru Asano; hereinafter "SUZUKEN") with the aim of addressing logistics challenges and creating new value in the healthcare sector.

In our Medium-Term Management Plan 2022, we identified healthcare as a key strategic focus area. To date, we have provided high-value-added logistics services-covering the entire process from manufacturing to

sales-primarily for foreign-affiliated manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals and medical

devices. These services leverage our core strengths in high-performance facilities (P&M Centers) and high-quality logistics operations. By joining Collabo CREATE, which brings together the expertise and

capabilities of its partners to address diverse logistics challenges all across the healthcare spectrum, we aim to expand our service reach and solve logistics issues throughout this sector.

Through this investment and in close collaboration with our partners, we will integrate our assets with new insights to create logistics solutions that transcend existing frameworks in the healthcare industry. As a

logistics provider that supports vital societal infrastructure, we are committed to faithfully meeting the

increasingly sophisticated needs of the medical field while striving to build a sustainable healthcare logistics system.
