This is to inform you that the following resolution on the payment of year-end dividends for 178th Fiscal Year (April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026) has been passed at the Board of Directors meeting of MITSUI-SOKO HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), held on May 13, 2026.

Details

In accordance with the provision in the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, year-end dividends will be paid to the shareholders or pledgees of shares appearing or recorded on the latest Shareholder Registry as of March 31, 2026, as follows.

1. Dividend: 24.5yen per share

2. Effective Date and Date for Commencement of Dividend Payment to Shareholders: June 5, 2026
