PLACEMENT OF FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ON WEBSITE
As per permission obtained from Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan vide letter no. EMD/233/502/2002-4668 dated February 1, 2005. The first quarter financial statements of the Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (the "Company") for the period ended September 30, 2025 will be available at Company's website https://http://www.nimir.com.pk/nicl/financial_reports.html on Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. The shareholders are informed to visit our said website for reviewing the first quarter financial statements.
The Company will however, mail a printed copy of the first quarter financial statements to its shareholders individually, on demand, at their registered address, free of cost, within one week of such demand.
