Interim Cash Dividend - Book Closure Period
We would Iil‹c to inform you that the share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from Novembcr 05, 2025 to November 07, 2025 (both days inclusive) as Book Closure Period, to determ inc lhe entitlement(s) of interim dividend which is Re. 1.0 per shares (i.e. 10%) for the first quarte r period ended September 30, 2025.
The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders whose names appear in the register of m‹•m bers at the close of business on Tuesday, November 04, 2025.
