We would like to inform you that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (the "Company") will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 02:30 P.M. at its Registered Office - Sheikhupura and via video link to consider and approve, among other matters, the un-audited financial statements of the Company, for the first quarter ended September 30, 2025 and for declaration of entitlements, if any.
This is also to inform you that, from October 15, 2025 to October 21, 2025 (both days inclusive) shall be observed as "Closed Period" as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) & 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (the "Exchange"). Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executives of the Company shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
Keeping in view the timing of the meeting the financial results and other related information of the Company will be conveyed on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 between 09:00 a.m. and 09:30 a.m.
