Interim Cash Dividend - Book Closure Period
We would like to inform you that the share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed front May 06, 2025 to May 08, 2025 (both days inclusive) as Book Closure Period, to determine the entitlement(s) of interim dividend which is Rs. 1.50 per shares (i.e. 15%) for the 3'dquarter period ended March 31, 2025.
The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders whose names appear in the register of members at the close of business on Monday, May 05, 2025.
Shareholders (CDC / Physical) who have not yet submitted the valid Copies of CNIC, NTN, Zakat & Tax Exemption Certificate(s) are requested to submit the same to the respective participants / Company's Shares Registrar at the following address:
