One year after the Poznań University of Technology Rectorate Building was commissioned, Mostostal Warszawa signed the final acceptance certificate with no defects. This is an important achievement, confirming that the building meets the required technical and energy performance standards.
The final acceptance was the result of many months of work and close cooperation between Mostostal Warszawa teams. A particular challenge was demonstrating compliance with the stringent energy efficiency requirements for a nearly zero-emission building, including those relating to final energy consumption, building airtightness and CO₂ emissions. The analyses and measures undertaken confirmed that the project met the contractual requirements, with the results exceeding the targets originally set.
