Notice of Dispatch of Shares of MTL to the
shareholders of Millat Equipment Limited (MEL)
The shareholders of MTL (including those who were previously shareholders of MEL) are hereby informed that in accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement as approved by Honourable Lahore High Court, Lahore (the Scheme), for the merger of MEL with and into MTL, shares of MTL have been allotted in favour of the entitled shareholders of MEL as of the record date(17-02-2025) on the basis of swap ratio of 1 ordinary share of MTL for every 2.13 shares of MEL held by each shareholder of MEL. Shares of MTL in Physical form are being dispatched.
After the above allotment of shares by MTL to the shareholders of MEL as per approved Scheme, MEL stands dissolved without winding up.
