This is to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the Board of Directors of MeCure Industries Plc (the Company) will meet on Wednesday 29 hOctober, 2025 to consider and approve the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for 3rdQuarter ending 30thSeptember, 2025, among others.
In compliance with the post-listing requirements of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), MECURE INDUSTRIES PLC will commence a closed period for trading in the Company's shares from 1st October, 2025 until
twenty-four (24) hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements for the 3'dQuarter ending 30thSeptember, 2025 is filed with NGX and released to the public.
Consequently, insiders of the Company and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing in the shares of the Company when the trading window is closed.
