In compliance with the post-listing requirements of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), MECURE INDUSTRIES PLC will commence a closed period for trading in the Company's shares from 1stJanuary, 2026 until twenty-four (24) hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the full year ending 31stDecember 2025 is filed with NGX and released to the public.
Consequently, insiders of the Company and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing in the shares of the Company when the trading window is closed.
