NO7IFICATION ON THE OUTCOME OF BOARD MEETING
This is to inform Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the investing public and all other stakeholders that the meeting of the Board of Mecure Industries Plc (the Company) was held on the 27thof October 2025.
The Board, amongst other matters, considered and approved the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the Quarter ended 30 h September 2025 (Q3 UFS 2025). The approved Q3 UFS 2025 will be released to the public on or before 30t*October 2025, in line with NGX Rules.
The Closed Period which commenced on 1st October 2025 will continue until twenty-four
(24) hours after the Q3 UFS 2025 is released to the public.
