Notice Regarding the Opening of a New Office
Japan Pure Chemical Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that it has resolved to open a new office to accommodate its Sales and Administrative Departments for the purpose of strengthening its research & development and manufacturing platforms.
Purpose of the New Office
The Company promotes the research and development of plating chemicals that support technological innovation in the electronic components and semiconductor sectors, under its corporate philosophy of "Contributing to the Electronics through Curiosity for Chemistry."
In the current medium-term management plan, the Company is focusing on executing more strategic investments than in previous years and further enhancing the management infrastructure that underpins such initiatives.
In line with business expansion-including partnerships with other companies and new R&D activities-and to reorganize (expand and streamline) the technical and manufacturing floors at the headquarters, the Company has decided to establish a new office that will consolidate and enhance its sales and administrative functions.
The new office is located approximately 2 km from the headquarters in Kitamachi, Nerima-ku, and is a one-minute walk from Chikatetsu-Narimasu Station, which is adjacent to Chikatetsu-Akatsuka Station, the nearest station to the headquarters. The convenient location is expected to reduce travel time for external appointments and facilitate smoother communication with external stakeholders.
Please note that this development does not entail any change to the location of the Company's headquarters or its registered head office.
