We are pleased to announce Dat the Board of Directors of lnterloop Limled ("the Company"), at its meeting held on February 04, 2026, have declared a Half Year Interim Cash Dividend of Rs. 2 per share, i.e., 20 %. The Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Febmary 17, 2026, to Febmary 18, 2026 (both days inclusive). The dividend entitlement shall be paid to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as at the dose of business on Febmary 16, 2026. As per Section 242 of De Companies Act, 2017, and SECP's SRO 1145(I)/2017, the Company shall withhold dividend payments from shareholders who have not provided their complete and valid bank details, including IBAN. Accordingly, all shareholders are again requested to provde this infomation to the Company or its Share Registrar, Mls. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, CDC House, 99-B, S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahra-e-FalsaI, Karachi-74400, before current entitlement date.
