RESIGNATION OF MS. NGOZI EDOZIEN AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors of Ikeja Hotel Plc (the Company) hereby notifies the general public and Nigerian Exchange Limited that it has received a letter dated December 5, 2025, from Ms. Ngozi Edozien, formally resigning her position as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Ms. Edozien joined the Board in September 2022 and during her tenure contributed her skills and experience to the Company's growth.

The Board expresses its sincere appreciation to Ms. Edozien for her service and wishes her continued success in her future endeavours.
