Proposed Dividend | A Final Dividend of 30 kobo for every share of 50 kobo, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, 3rd day of July, 2026. |

Closure of Register | The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday July 6, 2026, to Friday, July 10, 2026. |
Qualification Date | Friday, July 3, 2026 |
Payment Date | On Monday, August 3, 2026, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday, July 3, 2026, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts. |
E-Dividend Registration | Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: https://greenwichregistrars.com complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks. |
