Pursuant to Rule 17.18 of the Rulebook of Nigerian Exchange Limited (Issuers' Rules) as amended, Ikeja Hotel Plc wishes to bring to the attention of the investing public and the Company's insiders that the Company will commence a closed period on October 1, 2025, and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2025 Q3 UFS are released to the public.

Therefore, no Insider and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period.
