NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a Board meeting of Ikeja Hotel Plc ('IHPLC' or 'the Company') will be held via Zoom tele-conferencing on Thursday, April 24, 2025, by 11:00 am to receive and consider among other business, the First Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for the period ended March 31, 2025 (2025 Q1 UFS).
Consequently, and pursuant to Rule 17.18 of the Rulebook of Nigerian Exchange Limited (Issuers' Rules) as amended, Ikeja Hotel Plc wishes to bring to the attention of the investing public and the Company's insiders that the closed period has commenced on April 1, 2025, and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2025 Q1 UFS is released to the public.
Therefore, no Insider and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period.
The general public should please take note.
