Ikeja Hotel Plc- notice of close period july 2025

Notice is hereby given that a Board meeting of Ikeja Hotel Plc ('IHPLC' or 'the Company') will be held via Zoom tele-conferencing on Monday, July 28, 2025, by 11:00 am to receive and consider among other business, the Second Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for the period ended June 30, 2025 (2025 Q2 UFS).

Consequently, and pursuant to Rule 17.18 of the Rulebook of Nigerian Exchange Limited (Issuers' Rules) as amended, Ikeja Hotel Plc wishes to bring to the attention of the investing public and the Company's insiders that the Company commenced a closed period on July 1, 2025, and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2025 Q2 UFS are released to the public.

Therefore, no Insider and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period.
