In compliance with Section 97 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Regulation 5.6.3 of the PSX Regulations, we hereby confirm that the Company is not aware of any material, price-sensitive information, development, event, or decision which could have resulted in the unusual movement in the price and/or volume of its shares during the.period under reference.
Accordingly, the movement in the share price appears to be driven by market factors and investor sentiment, which are beyond the control and knowledge of the Company.
