This refers to our letter dated April 25, 2026.
We would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Idrees Textile Mills Limited will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 12:00 noon at the Registered Office of the Company, Karachi, to consider the quarterly financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026.
Further, the Company has declared the "Closed Period" from April 23, 2026 to May 14, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under the PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company during the Closed Period.
