This refers to our Board meeting announcement dated April 23, 2026.
We viouñd like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Idrees Textile Mills Limited, which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. to consider the quarterly financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026, has been postponed. The next date of the meeting will be communicated to the Exchange in due course.
As required under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, the Company's "Closed Period," which was earlier declared from April 23, 2026 to April 30, 2026 (both days inclusive), shall now continue until the date of the rescheduled Board meeting, which will be intimated accordingly.
