NOTIFICATION OF CLOSED PERIOD
LAGOS, 30th December 2025: In accordance with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX)'s Rulebook, the closed period for trading in the shares of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc (the Company) shall commence on 1st January, 2026 in respect of the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the third quarter ending 31s*December 2025 (2025 Q3 UFS).
Hence, no insider of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2025 Q3 UFS to NGX and by extension, the general public.
