The Board of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc. (the "Company") will meet in Lagos on Friday, 29" Play 2026 to consider among c›the-i th(rigs the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31"March 2026 (2026 AlS).
Consequently, in compliance Cth Nigerian Exchange Limited's G Amended Rules on Closed Period, the closed period for trading in the Company's shares which commenced from 1' April 2026 shall continue to subsist until twenty-four (24) hours after the (2tl26 AFS) is released to the mazket.
