NOTIFICATION OF CLOSED PERIOD

LAGOS, 3rd April 2026: In accordance with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX)'s Rulebook, the closed period for trading in the shares of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc (the Company) commenced on 1st April, 2026 in respect of the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 ^t March 2026 (2026 AFS).

Hence, no insider of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2026 AFS to NGX and by extension, the general public.
