LAGOS, 30th June 2025: In accordance with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX)'s Rulebook, the closed period for trading in the shares of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc (the Company) shall commence on 1st July, 2025 in respect of the Company's Unaudited Financ1al Statements (UFS) for the first quarter ending 30th June 2025 (2025 Q1 UF5).
Hence, no insider of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2025 Q1 UFS to NGX and by extension, the general public.
