GRID SOLAR POWER PLANT
Dear Sir,
In accordance with clause 5.6.1 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book and Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, we are pleased to inform that:
The Company has completed the installation of 1.0 MW on-grid solar power
plant at our mills site located on D.I. Khan Road, Bannu.
Commissioning of the solar plant has been successfully carried out, and the plant is now operational and supplying power to our manufacturing operations with immediate effect.
This development is part of our broader sustainability and energy-cost optimization strategy, aimed at reducing dependency on grid electricity, lowering our energy costs, and minimizing carbon-footprint (Scope-2 emissions).
A disclosure form is attached as Annexure A.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
