We have to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday April 14, 2026 at Gammon House, Peshawar Road Rawalpindi, to consider and approve the un-audited interim financial statements of the Company for the Nine months period ended March 31, 2026 and declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from 07-04-2026 to 14-04-2026 (both days inclusive) as required under PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
