We have to inform you thaf the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday February 24, 2026 at Gammon House, Peshawar Road Rawalpindi, to consider and approve the reviewed interim financial statements of the Company for the Six months period ended December 31, 2025 and declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from J7-02-2026 to 24-02-2026 (both days inclusive) as required under PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
