Re : Notification of the register-closing date for the purpose of payment of interest on the Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 2/2022 Due 2032 which can be redeemed early and will be written down (fully or partially) if government authority decides to grant financial assistance (BAY32NA) for 14th of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited
To : Holders of Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 2/2022 Due 2032 (BAY32NA)
Reference is made to the Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (the Bank)'s issuance of Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 2/2022 Due 2032 , to be matured for redemption in 2032 (BAY32NA) representing a total of 16,540,000 units with a par value of Baht 1,000 each will be matured for redemption in 2032 which is a tenor of 10 years and interest rate at 4.30% p.a.. The period of interest payment is dued every 3 months, on February 17, May 17, August 17, and November 17 of every year (In the case that any interest due date and the register closing date fall on the Bank's holidays, it shall be postponed to the following working day)
The Bank, acting as the book registrar, would like to notify that payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 2/2022 Due 2032 (BAY32NA) for the 14th shall be made on Monday May 18, 2026 details are as follows:
Payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument (BAY32NA) at the rate of 4.30% p.a., with calculating period as from February 17, 2026 to May 16, 2026 totaling 89 days.
In this regard, the register closing date for the purpose of the said payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument (BAY32NA) for the 14th shall be on Tuesday May 5, 2026 at 12.00 P.M.
