Re : Notification of the register-closing date for the purpose of payment of interest on the Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 1/2024 Due 2034 which can be redeemed early and will be written down (fully or partially) if government authority decides to grant financial assistance (BAY346A) for 8" of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited
To : Holders of Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 1/2024 Due 2034 (BAY346A)
Reference is made to the Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (the Bank)'s issuance of Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 1/2024 Due 2034 , to be matured for redemption in 2034 (BAY346A) representing a total of 10,000,000 units with a par value of Baht 1,000 each will be matured for redemption in 2034 which is a tenor of 10 years and interest rate at 3.50% p.a.. The period of interest payment is dued every 3 months, on March 14, June 14, September 14, and December 14 of every year (In the case that any interest due date and the register closing date fall on the Bank's holidays, it shall be postponed to the following working day)
The Bank, acting as the book registrar, would like to notify that payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 1/2024 Due 2034 (BAY346A) for the 8'° shall be made on Monday June 15 2026 details are as follows:
Payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument (BAY346A) at the rate of 3.50% p.a., with calculating period as from March 14 2026 to June 13 2026 totaling 92 days.
In this regard, the register closing date for the purpose of the said payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument (BAY346A) for the 8" shall be on Tuesday June 2, 2026 at 12.00 P.M.
